Reiki (pronounced Ray-Key) is an ancient Japanese meditative practice for reducing stress, promoting relaxation, and supporting physical and emotional healing. The technique facilitates movement of universal life force energy (i.e.: Qi, Chi, Prana) – which is the primary energy of our emotions, thoughts, and spiritual self.
When our own energy is depleted or blocked, we are more susceptible to illness, chronic pain and other symptoms caused by stress.

What is our energy? We all have an energy field surrounding us comprised of our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual imprint referred to as a bio-magnetic field or aura. A Reiki Master is attuned to leverage deep meditation and intuition to tap into the power of universal energy to facilitate healing.
How is a session performed? Sessions may be conducted in person or remotely while the client is fully clothed and comfortable. Your practitioner positions hands over the body, using light touch or no touch at all, to facilitate movement of blocked energy. Music, aromatherapy, and crystals may be used to deepen relaxation and help increase client’s awareness of their own energetic pathways.
What does it feel like? Many share it feels like a wonderful glowing radiance, relieving pain, dissolving tension and offering a sense of overall relaxation. Others note feeling a release of blocked energy and have shed tears or even laughter as a result.
Can Reiki be performed remotely? Yes, distance Reiki healing is as effective as an in-person session. Through a phone or video connection, the client is guided throughout the session and offered tools to assist them with continued spiritual growth in between sessions.

Reiki Healing Session – (30 min-$65 / 60 min-$100)
Your spiritually guided session will offer you a sense of inner peace, chakra clearing and rebalancing.
Carolyn intuitively knows the areas of the body needing treatment and often incorporates guided meditation, affirmations and crystals to enhance your experience.
At the end of your session, you are invited to share what came up for you and receive the unique benefit of Carolyn’s energy coaching to increase your awareness of the interconnected pathways of mind, body, and spirit on your mental, physical and emotional self.
Reiki Distance Healing – (60 mins- $75)
Reiki distance healing allows you simply to ‘BE’ while in the comfort of your own surroundings as you are guided to explore this ancient practice of tuning into your own life force energy.
Carolyn connects remotely and begins each session with music and meditation, then guides you throughout so you are made aware of what to expect and how to interact if desired.
She allows time for you to share your experience, answer questions, and receive insights connected to the language of your body to enhance the benefits and learning from your session.
